Founder & CEO: Richard Witt
Rich holds a Master of Science in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School, a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from RIT, and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. With a background as a Marine Officer, I am currently pursuing a PhD in Computational Science and Informatics at George Mason University.
His analytical products have impacted decisions and changed behavior at the highest levels of the Marine Corps and Department of Defense.
His technical skills combine with managerial experience to increase potential for business scalability. As a certified SAFE Agilist he has led 50+ person teams as a Portfolio Owner in both pre and postproduction software development efforts. As a project manager, regional supervisor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and combat tested helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps he have successfully led teams in the most challenging of environments.
Chief User Experience Officer: Jeff Hartman
As the Chief User Experience Officer, Jeff Hartman brings over 25 years of web development to Alpha 6 Analytics, having worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, General Dynamics Information Technology and the University of North Carolina Office of Research.
As a full stack software engineer Jeff has a proven track record of bringing innovative solutions to web interfaces with a focus on user interface.
Chief Operations Officer: Todd Wagenhorst
Todd retired in early 2024 from federal civil service after 40 years with the Department of Defense and received the Distinguished Civilian Service Award. He brings his passion and experience in program management and business operations to Alpha Six Analytics and serve as their Chief Operating Officer. He is also the Founder and President of the Board for the nonprofit “Task Force Spark” which helps active duty and veterans foster mental wellness though outdoor activities.
His career tours included the Army’s Belvoir Research, Development and Engineering Center, the Strategic Logistics Agency; the Army staff within the Pentagon, the Program Executive Office Soldier and the Marine Corps Systems Command. He is a graduate of the Defense Acquisition University in Program Management and a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps.
He holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University.
Chief Relationship Officer: David Robinson
Dave is the Chief Relationship Officer for Alpha Six Analytics, where we believe that all analytics should begin with the question, “What action are we informing?”
With former roles to include VP of international Client Support, VP Product Management, VP Marketing & Sales, and prior to joining Alpha Six Analytics, VP Client Innovation, my career has been focused on providing solutions that meet or exceed client requirements and expectations.
Our approach to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science is always from a decision maker’s perspective. He holds a B.S. in Business Development from Cincinnati, University and am passionate about Design Thinking Analytics as a key approach to the development of client facing solutions.
Senior Data Analyst: John Lloyd
John Lloyd is a dedicated and proficient leader with 25 years of professional experience across multiple agencies (Departments of Defense & Energy) and small businesses, having had a positive impact in every assignment.
His work spectrum ranges from conducting federal procurements, policy development, ground logistics, business analytics, and leading broad organizational change management to name a few core skills. He enjoys challenging projects, complex problem solving, and fostering collaboration among business partners or product lines. As a retired Marine Officer, his steadfast passions are international travel, family, vinyl records, and outdoor experiences.
Degrees include an M.S. in Management from Naval Postgraduate School and M.S. in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia – Darden/McIntire.
