Position Overview 

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to serve as the day-to-day leader of complex engagements, acting as the primary liaison between government clients and our contractor team. This critical role requires strong leadership and communication skills to successfully manage large-scale projects supporting State or Federal Government agencies or major corporations. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of engagement projects, ensuring goals, schedules, and budgets are met. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between government clients and contractor teams. 
  • Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of business consulting, process improvement, strategy, or financial management initiatives. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. 
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and senior management. 
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and organizational standards. 

Education & Certification Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business management, or a related field. 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Nine (9) years of progressive experience in business consulting, process improvement, strategy, financial management, or related fields. 
  • At least four (4) years of direct experience managing large, complex engagements. 
  • Demonstrated success managing projects for State or Federal Government agencies or large enterprises (over 1,000 employees). 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in government contracting and understanding of federal acquisition regulations. 
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex project scopes. 
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and risk management capabilities.
