Position Overview 

We are seeking a seasoned Level IV Innovation Specialist to lead quality assurance efforts and innovation initiatives that support audit functions and business operations. This senior role is responsible for ensuring program performance meets contractual obligations through independent quality control and thorough review of deliverables. 

As a recognized expert, you will lead complex work streams and engage with FM&C and Government clients at the Division Head level and above, driving innovative strategies and technology implementations that enable operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform independent quality assurance reviews of program performance, deliverables, and innovation projects to ensure compliance with contracts, standards, laws, policies, and regulations. 
  • Provide on-site quality control, review and approve working papers, findings, and technical documentation. 
  • Lead and mentor teams managing complex innovation initiatives and emerging technology deployments. 
  • Design, develop, and implement cutting-edge strategies and tools to support audit functions and improve business processes. 
  • Collaborate closely with senior government and FM&C stakeholders to align innovation efforts with organizational objectives. 
  • Oversee adherence to best practices, regulatory requirements, and client expectations throughout project lifecycles. 

Education & Certification Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related disciplines. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including at least six (6) years leading innovation initiatives and technology implementations. 
  • Proven expertise in supporting audit functions or business operations with emerging technologies and innovative strategies. 
  • Strong leadership skills with experience directing teams and interacting with senior government officials. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience with automation, AI, machine learning, or other advanced technology solutions. 
  • Background working with Federal or State Government agencies or large organizations (1,000+ employees). 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and quality assurance skills.
