Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Level III Innovation Specialist to independently lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative strategies and emerging technologies that enhance business operations and support audit functions. In this senior role, you will provide technical direction to project teams and engage directly with FM&C and Government clients at the Branch and Division Head levels.
This position requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver impactful business solutions in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative tools and strategies that support audit processes or improve operational efficiency.
- Provide advanced technical expertise and strategic guidance to project teams.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including FM&C and Government clients, to align innovation efforts with organizational goals.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Oversee project execution ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
- Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience designing and implementing innovative technology solutions or strategies.
- Proven track record supporting audit functions or business operations through emerging technology deployment.
- Experience leading project teams and interacting with senior government clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in emerging technologies such as automation, AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
- Experience working with Federal or State Government agencies or large enterprises (1,000+ employees).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
