Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Level II Innovation Specialist to apply technical expertise and drive innovative business solutions for our clients. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing new strategies and emerging technologies that support audit functions or enhance business operations.
As a Level II specialist, you will contribute core skills to projects and may have the opportunity to lead small teams, working closely with cross-functional groups to foster innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative strategies and tools to support audit processes or improve business operations.
- Implement emerging technologies to address client needs and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for innovation and technology adoption.
- Assist in project planning, documentation, and execution of technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support for implementation efforts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and change management activities.
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a relevant technical field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience in innovation, technology implementation, or business process improvement.
- Experience working with audit functions or deploying emerging technologies to solve business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in project teams and potentially lead small groups.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as automation, AI, machine learning, or data analytics.
- Experience supporting State or Federal Government agencies or large enterprises is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively in developing solutions.
